Another year older.

So, my birthday’s this weekend. Birthdays are kind of weird once you "grow up." Sometimes people still throw the parties for you, with the cake and the ice cream and occasionally, the gifts. But for some reason, even though it’s not like I’m getting "old" yet, a birthday doesn’t really feel special. In fact, you forget it’s coming until it’s almost upon you.

Steve Jobs Interview

Go check out the multi-part interview series entitled "Steve Jobs: We’re Doing It All, and We’re Having a Blast". It’s a good read. Aside from that bit about Steve wanting to support the Kerry campaign. I don’t know why, but I always perceived him as more intelligent than that. ;)

Time to switch software?

So I just stumbled across "The Official Kerry-Edwards Blog", courtesty of one of the several dozen links from one of my many frighteningly left-wing coworkers, and noticed that it runs on Movable Type. Perhaps I made the wrong decision in weblogging software. Would I really switch software based on who else is using it? Of course not, but there is something else about this site that bothers me…
