Killer app for Pocket PC Phone Edition

I’m at Books-a-million for their stupendous 1 day sale, and I stumbled across what may be a great programming book, “Jamsa’s C/C++/C# Programmer’s Bible.” This thing is thick. I mean, like 1000+ pages thick. But is it any good, and is $59.99 a reasonable price?
